Washington State University students did it again! Winning another battle of the Up and Up Festival. The prize this year? Elephante.
Five colleges won the contest this year, UNCW, Penn State, Dayton, WSU, and Ohio University. Student ambassadors at colleges across America created marketing campaigns and advertised months for the chance to bring Elephante to their campus. The schools with the most sold tickets in the 48-hour selling window wins.
The Monster Energy Up&Up Festival reaches more and more colleges every semester, we plan to grow larger every single semester and bring the best of EDM to students that may not get the opportunities to see them otherwise. For the future I would also say that we plan to expand on the number of events we provide to students across the country – Shay Dinfelder, Digital Content Producer for Up&Up
The Up and Up series gets bigger and better each year. This year, the dedication and participation blew it out of the water. We have been following the Up and Up series since day 1 and we cannot wait to see how the WSU Elephante show turns out this year. Students at WSU have won Cash Cash, Alan Walker, and Slushii in the years before! Congrats on another win!
