A new year has just begun which means there’s an entire year’s worth of upcoming EDM albums to look forward to! What’s more, these are the albums that will help define the coming decade.
With that being said, Dance Music Northwest is rounding up the most anticipated upcoming EDM albums of 2020! At the time of writing, there are a few artists who have already released their 2020 albums. We’ll include those anyway in case you missed them.

Upcoming EDM albums of 2020
Krewella – Zer0
Release Date: 1/31
Krewella’s highly-anticipated third album is officially dropping at the end of January. This will be their first full-length album without Kris Trindl (a.k.a. Rain Man). Jahan and Yasmine Yousef, who are the sisterly duo comprising Krewella, have already released a slew of singles to tide us over.
Ekali – A World Away
Release Date: 1/24
Canadian trap and bass music producer Ekali is elevating his career with a new debut album slated for January 24th. A week after that, he’ll be kicking off a massive tour with back-to-back dates in Seattle! Four confirmed singles have already been released, with collaborations from Reo Cragun, Wafi, Kiiara, and Illenium. Ekali also posted the entire tracklist on social media last week.
La Roux – Supervision
Release Date: 2/7
Toward the second half of 2019, La Roux came out of nowhere with new content teased all over her social media. Soon after, La Roux began releasing new songs and announced a tour that includes stops in the Pacific Northwest. Now, with two official album singles released, La Roux revealed that her third studio album will be called Supervision with a release date of February 7th. While more indie-pop than EDM, La Roux is an act that inspired many pioneering EDM artists to remix her popular hits early in the decade.
Galantis – Church
Release Date: TBA
At the end of 2019, Galantis released a surprising collaboration with Dolly Parton titled Faith. It turns out that this song will also appear on their third album called Church. With no official release date, Galantis says it should be dropping in early 2020.
