[divider]ADDITIONAL GENRES[/divider]
Deorro – Melbourne House
The Northwest is lucky to be having Deorro play at Paradiso 2014, as the former producer known as TON!C is retiring from DJing (at least for now) at the end of the year. The 22-year-old father of two, Erick Orrosquiesta is going out at the top of his game at the Gorge. Deorro has seen huge growth in the last few years, especially since remixing Chuckie’s Make Some Noise in 2012, and until recently showed no signs of slowing down. Anyone can understand an artist wanting to take time off of being a globally touring DJ to spend time with their kids, so let’s show Deorro how much the Northwest appreciates him and his tunes at Paradiso this summer.
Infected Mushroom – Psy-Trance
Infected Mushroom is returning to Paradiso. They dazzled the crowd last year and have made several stops in the Northwest since, something nobody is complaining about. The Israeli duo made up of Erez Eisen and Amit Duvdevani range from psytrance and electronica to psychadelic and indie, touching on anything and everything in between. Their careers and longevity speak for themselves, as do their live shows. We’ve been privileged enough to sit down and chat with the legendary duo twice before, so for all the inside info you could ever need, we have you covered here and here.
Wildstylez – Hardstyle
Hardstyle fans unite! Dutch producer/DJ Wildstylez (aka Joram Metekohy) is bringing the harder styles to The Gorge this summer. Previously known as ‘Seizure’, Wildstylez is the founder of hardstyle label Lose Control Music. Producing since 2004, Metekohy has helped define a genre, along with other artists such as Headhunterz, Noisecontrollers, and Max Enforcer. There isn’t much hardstyle at Paradiso 2014, but if Headhunterz’ set last year showed us anything, it’s that the rising genre has found a home at the the Gorge

Will Sparks – Melbourne House
A leader and figurehead of house’s bouncy cousin Melbourne, Will Sparks has begun career with a bang (or, bounce?). The 20-year-old from Melbourne, Australia has successfully translated his success at home to success abroad. He toured North America and Europe in 2013 and, along with Aussie mates Joel Fletcher and TJR, will be bringing the bounce for years to come. Make sure you make the most of the opportunity to watch one of dance music’s brightest young producers in Will Sparks perform at Paradiso 2014.
