There are tons of local DJs and producers here in the Northwest doing incredibly interesting and incredible things with music. That being so, it’s no small praise that this week’s guest for The Dance Music Diaries is described by Kevin and Cameron as “one of the most talented and innovative” producers the region has to offer. Originally hailing from Austin, TX, Lusine has gigs lined up all over, including one alongside Tipper at the legendary Red Rocks venues in Colorado.
Over his almost hour-long interview, he gives us insight into what got him into DJing in the first place, his days producing dark, experimental music, and what moving to Seattle back in 2003 did for his already well-established career. You can listen in to the whole interview below to get the full story! And of course, follow The Dance Music Diaries on Facebook and Soundcloud to stay up to date on new interviews every Thursday.
