Producer and DJ Terry Zhong from China has just released his EP, After Hours on Monstercat. This marks the label’s first ever Mandarin song release. The EP is filled with cheerful and high energy tracks. The track that took all the attention is Goodnight Stranger featuring Cheryl Xi which is played in mandarin. Terry is no stranger to dance music, he has challenged to bring unity to the Eastern and Western culture by his music. Already stepping on the EDC China stage, Tomorrowland, ISY and many other big names, we have no doubt that his name will be popping up more and more.
“Every love story begins with meeting that special someone, and progresses as we muster up the courage to take things further. There’s always an infatuation phase, but sometimes along the way the deeper we fall in love, the more fearful and doubtful we can also become, creating a distance where strangers who become lovers can feel like strangers once again. I hoped to share those feelings in this EP, and with the help of some incredibly talented artists and songwriters, I’m proud to say I think we managed to tell that story.” –Terry Zhong
