Pegboard Nerds are back with their lovable new remix of Adventure Club‘s, Wonder. The Norwegian duo releases this latest remix just one month after the release of their first single of the New Year, Bassline Kickin. Coincidently, the title of their tour this year is also Bassline Kickin. They will be touring all over the US; you can check the specific dates, venues, and locations here. As far as the PNW is concerned, Pegboard Nerds will be arriving in Seattle February 19th to play at Foundation. Don’t forget to purchase your ticket ahead of time!
The beginning of the track starts off fast paced, with a catchy glitch-house style intro. Cue fade out, light keys, and heartfelt lyrics. In a different world, the happy synths would continue to shower down, and make a real nice track. We both know Pegboard Nerds won’t stand for that very long. Right before the drop, you can feel the electro house energy building up; suddenly bass and sharp robotic synths swallow up the lovely tones and happy light-hearted synths.
