Los Angeles-based music producer duo Slander is back with the collaboration we have all been waiting for! Fans have been anxiously waiting for this track to be released for over the past few months.
And boy, was this gem worth the wait.
Slander has played Love Is Gone at a multitude of festivals for over a year, in addition to teasing the release in the same time span. Love Is Gone is the duo’s very first music video released under their record label with NGHTMRE, Gud Vibrations. The music video itself is a masterpiece, and understandably so as it has been in the making for nearly three years. The duo has talked about the significance of this song as, well as the music video. They even dubbed May 9 to be the most important day of their artistic career.

The song is without a doubt one of Slander’s best releases yet. In this track, Dylan Matthew’s soft vocals bring chills with his emotional lyrics on top of Slander’s sounds- which are breathtakingly beautiful. This is not the duo’s first collaboration with Matthew; they have teamed up before on tracks including Without You, Hate Being Alone, and First Time.
Slander has been on top of their game with collaborations in 2019, having just released a track with Gryffin and Callie Lehmann, titled All You Need To Know. They have also been teasing another track with Said The Sky, Potions, for quite some time now. The official release of this track has not yet been confirmed, but it is safe to say that Slander will not fail to bring us one masterpiece after another.
Love Is Gone is now available on all platforms. Check out the music video below:
SLANDER just headlined Red Rocks, alongside NGHTMRE, and will be returning to Las Vegas for EDC next. Catch them at EDC Las Vegas next weekend, May 18, 2019, at Circuit Grounds.
