Seeing Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay perform in a festival setting was quite the treat. Since the famous French started working on their 3rd album, tour dates have been very scarce. Performing both live (performing their own material) and DJ sets, Pemberton Music Festival was lucky enough to have Justice perform on the 3rd day of the festival, closing out the Bass Camp.
While seeing them perform their own material is always enjoyable, seeing them perform a DJ set was exciting. We were quite curious as to which gems would end up in their set. Justice played a throwback disco/techno set, mixing in their own songs as well. Whether you are witnessing Justice play a live or DJ set, you can’t go wrong witnessing them perform. We learned having Justice in a festival setting is a little bit crazier and more exciting than seeing them play in a venue, and we hope one of the amazing festivals in the Pacific Northwest (Bumbershoot, Sasquatch!, etc) will book these guys at some point.
