Every August, thousands return to the Salmo River Ranch to attend Shambhala Music Festival. As Canada’s premier electronic music festival, they bring in some of the biggest, most innovative names in electronic music. Six independently run stages create one of the best parties of the entire year, and this 21st edition of the festival was no different. With acts like REZZ, The Glitch Mob, Adventure Club, Boombox Cartel, and Black Tiger Sex Machine, this year was positively packed with talent!
After each year, we can look forward to those on the lineup dropping some of their best sets to date. Every year prior has been basshead Christmas when Excision drops his set from The Village. Long-time Fractal Forest residents like The Funk Hunters and Stickybuds always release their yearly sets, and who doesn’t look forward to SkiiTour’s AMPitheatre sets?
Not all of us are lucky enough to make it to the Farm. We at DNMW know that, and we got your back. We’ll be compiling all the Shambhala sets as they’re released, for those who missed out, and those who want to relive all the fun of the weekend. Some of the best performances of an artist’s career come from that magical place. Not all of them are released, but we’ll be updating this article with each one that we can find!
We’ll be organizing them by stage in this article, so you can reminisce to those magical moments or rock out at home. Keep checking back for new sets, cause we’ll be searching the internet for them as they’re released!
