Its that time of year again!
For most of us festival season is winding down and music lovers are swapping out their kandi for hot cocoa as the fall season begins. Hot drinks and ugly sweaters won’t be our only source of heat this winter! Just in time for the post festival season blues Shambhala has our backs as they release their sets from this past summer.
First up we have the Australian native turned British Columbia transplant – Slynk with his funky vibes from his Fractal Forest set. This mix will take you on a journey through time capturing not just the best sides of dance music but many other styles of music as well. On his website he states, “I don’t take myself too seriously. I like to have fun with my music and add a little humor.”
If you want proof of his wacky sense of humor and a well rounded idea of where his set goes over the hour give this mix a quick fast forward to 5 min and 17 seconds. I promise you won’t be let down! A perfect accompaniment to those killer traffic jams and brisk fall commutes. Link below!

Next we have a mix that quickly grabs your attention when another familiar artist from the lineup Ill Gates announces that Subvert will be sharing his set! This set has an equally funky feel but with a different twist.
Being the man to know in the glitch scene Subvert shocks our senses and with Ill Gates sharing the stage this set reminds us of why we love bass music in the first place. Link below!
