To No One’s Surprise, ‘See Without Eyes’ Hits #1 on the EDM Charts

The highly anticipated album by The Glitch Mob titled See Without Eyes has taken it’s place as number 1 dance/electronic album on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. After dominating on and off for 21 weeks, The Chainsmokers’ album Memories… Do Not Open dropped as the Glitch Mob’s release immediately took that spot.

This position comes as a first for the trio. Their second album Love Death Immortality peaked at number 13 in 2014 and lasted for two weeks. Meanwhile, their first album Drink The Sea didn’t grace the charts at all. The band admits this achievement is a huge compliment to them, their team, and their collaborators.

“We went deeper with this album, and didn’t follow trends of the moment,” the band said in a Facebook post. “We are an independent act and while charting well is not a goal, it’s a nod that the heartfelt music is resonating.”

This news certainly represents what you’ll expect on tour. The Glitch Mob’s next stops are Seattle, Portland, Idaho, Las Vegas, plus festivals like Lightning in a BottleElectric Forest, and Shambhala. The group will be bringing their new set, The Blade 2.0, which is something you don’t want to miss out on!

Their extensive tour doesn’t stop in PNW or even the west coast. For their full tour dates you can check their website.
