Dutch producer Sander van Dijck, better known as San Holo, has released a 1001 TrackList’s Exclusive Mix that is sure to brighten your day! We know that times are tough. The world could use vibrance now more than ever, and San Holo has got our back!
There’s no guess work as to how San Holo gained the majority of his faithful followers, due to his honest dedication to his fans. This hour-long mix contains 40 uplifting songs- the majority of them being San’s owns. Catch throwbacks like The Next Episode, In Da Club, and Ms. Jackson. A State of San (Holo)
Referring to his interview with 1001 Track List’s, San Holo speaks of motivation towards the world’s current situation. When his, “a night with bitbird” Miami Music Week was canceled he adapted- turning the event into, “a VIRTUAL night with bitird” (bitbird being his record label). His team hosted a livestream via Youtube, and Discord, for the entire bitbird community.
San Holo says he’s humbled and thankful to be, “able to turn this lemon into lemonade, so to speak.”
Seeing that San Holo’s Instagram has been enthusiastically posting guitar riffs, chords and samples, 1001 Track Lists asks where he’s finding his current inspiration. Speaking the words we’re all thinking, San honestly answers, “I’m trying not to think too much at the moment, just trying to let my mind speak through music if that makes sense. I just want to be able to give my fans something in these troubling times.” Hopefully his creative outbursts develop into new tracks, but for now we’re all grateful for this positive energy!

A Glimpse Into the Future
When asked to highlight three up-and-coming artists included in his mix San named Former Hero, Zavala, and acloudyskye. Each of these new faces are incredibly unique and far too underrated in his opinion. Keeping everyone’s health in mind it’s too soon to set any dates, but there’s hope to perform later in the year. New music is on it’s way from both San Holo and other artists on his bitbird label!
