7. Lee Scratch Perry
If you want to talk about legends, it would be impossible to not mention Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry. Beginning his musical career in 1958, and still touring at the age of 80, Perry is considered one of the pioneers of dub music and has worked along many legends in their own right, such as Bob Marley. If you want to get a feel of how dance music evolved into what it is, this is a show you’re not going to want to miss.

6. Moontricks
After witnessing their sets at Shambhala and Atmosphere Gathering, Moontricks are a must see performance of Rifflandia 2016. The Kootenay based duo blends the worlds of electronic music and live instruments to create a one of a kind version of bass music that appeals to the entire spectrum of music lovers. If you’ve never had the chance to check out Moontricks, now’s the time, because they’re scheduled to play two shows over the weekend!

5. Keys N’ Krates
Award winning Keys N’ Krates must being doing something right, because they’re back at Rifflandia after tearing up the Riff Top Tent in 2014. The trio from Toronto is well known for their multi-genre style of bass music, and after bringing their A game to Shambhala just over a month ago, we can expect more of that madness we all crave.
