Jay Z’s newest album, “Magna Carta Holy Grail,” was one of the most anticipated releases of the last few months. The title track on the album, “Holy Grail,” featured the soothing vocals of Justin Timberlake interspersed with snare drums and classic Jay Z verses.
With Sevag’s remix that debuted on his Area-201 podcast, the verses have been stripped out in favor of hard and heavy house drops. While maintaining all the smoothness of Timberlake, it still manages to morph itself into a dancefloor banger that we would argue is an improvement over the original.
