With the constant release of new genres in the electronic music scene comes the struggle to stand out. Artists are going to extreme lengths to attract attention and make sure their personal brand is nothing like anyone has ever heard before. From totally raunchy “ass claps” to huge variations of tempo, anything goes.
Trap producer Bro Safari has teamed up with SPACE LACES to create a new, screwball genre of dance music. They call it cave juke, and it is most certainly…distinctive. Cave juke essentially mashes together trap, dubstep, a bit of moombahton and kuduro, accompanied by some crazy as hell vocal samples. It’s fast paced with big bass. At first, this offbeat track seems like a lot of noise, but we found after a few listens that this is highly dance-able. What else can one expect from a producer as bizarre as SPACE LACES and prolific as Bro Safari?
Below is a free download from the diverse dance kings. Tell us what you think of cave juke. Cutting edge or cutting it close to crazy?
