It wasn’t too long ago when Bassnectar was wowing a Seattle crowd at Key Arena with his unique brand of mesmerizing and beautiful dubstep. With that performance fresh on our minds, he’s released a special edit of his new single, “Take You Down,” in anticipation of his “5-track single” dropping on September 24th. We could describe it to you ourselves, but as usual it’s Bassnectar who seems to know exactly what to say.
“‘Take You Down’ was put together as a summertime jam… something deep and lush and euphoric. I started it while I was on vacation, and the general theme is basically falling in love and that slow-motion feeling you get when you plunge backwards into something overwhelming, but never hit the ground”
