Paris & Simo and 3LAU’s summer smash ‘Escape’ was a fans favorite across this year’s festival circuit. The song features the sultry vocals of Heather Bright aka Bright Lights, also known for her work on Hardwell’s chart-topping hit “Never Say Goodbye” and Porter Robinson’s “Language”. “Escape” was an instant hit and regularly heard in clubs from Las Vegas to Ibiza. Such was demand and the tracks impact; Revealed Recordings put remix duties out to the latest crop of fresh young talent who are looking to make a name for themselves in the bustling electronic scene. Over 1700 entries were submitted and Hardwell, alongside the Revealed Recording team, personally selected the best offering. Italian duo Flatdisk turned out the undisputed winner and wowed with their genre bending take on the festival killing original. Pushing the limits of the Beatport Chart topping original, the scope for their creativity was unrivaled. Still holding the originals unforgettable melody they have laced the remix with high intensity drops and precision percussion that has turned the original into an entirely new entity, ready to blow fans away when next dropped in a peak time set.
Also contributing to the remix package are tasty new comers, Charity Strike. Hailing from LA, the duo has delivered an electro cut which is sure to remain a go-to-track for the scenes leading DJs for the foreseeable future. The third offering comes from Manse, representing Sweden, this young talented at only 23 years old is starting to build quite the following. Initially grabbing recognition by having one of his early tracks highlighted by Hardwell during his ‘Hardwell On Air’ radio show, which Hardwell also named it ‘Demo of the week.’ Manse has rolled out an uplifting, melodic remix which enthralls the ears and rounds off this finely balanced remix package. Revealed Recordings continue to go from strength-to-strength, maintaining their meticulous high standards they have once again selected and are supporting young talented artists from across the globe and giving them the platform from which they can showcase their artist abilities. 2014 already looks like a continuation of the genre setting standards for the Revealed family, with their unmatched reputation for breaking the latest stars of the future.
