Above & Beyond are known for their ability to reduce grown men to joyful sobbing messes, thanks to the power of stirring trance vocals and an unequaled live presence. Coming this October in Los Angeles, they’ll be stripping down their epic sound to the bare essentials with back-to-back acoustic shows.
To prepare us for what will be an unprecedented performance, they’ve released a beautiful acoustic preview of one of their classic Group Therapy tracks. Whether or not this will lead to an album’s worth of stripped-down A&B remains to be seen, but we can always dream. If by some miracle you end up in Southern California around mid-October, you should probably make your way down to the Greek Theatre to see for yourself.
