As festival season approaches, and our budget seems to become smaller and smaller, we realize that we will not be able to attend every event we may want. Well this year Parke Diem returns, which is well within our budget: free! With great music, art and local vendors, Parke Diem is an event welcomed with open arms.
Parke Diem takes place at the Volunteer Park Amphitheater on June 2nd, from 11am to 8pm. This is a family friendly event hosted by Covert Ops and friends. You can experience the beautiful Seattle summer weather, great local DJs, food, art, games, local vendors and a special guest with your family and friends. The lineup includes Shambhala favorite Slynk, along with Lost Boys, Mode4 & Miss Min.D, Paradame, Korra the Kid, a number of other artists, and a special guest not yet announced.
Though the event is free we encourage people to donate if they can, this helps to keep the event returning year after year. Make sure to mark your calendar, grab your blanket, family and friends and get ready to dance and create June 2!
