We’re all familiar with insane ticket prices to festivals and our favorite events. Throughout the last few years we’ve all forgotten about what’s reasonable and pretty much moved on to paying anything to see our favorite artists perform.
Recently UMF took festival prices to a whole new extreme and after thousands of fans expressed their outrage towards the rising of prices, they released this statement via Facebook:
With all of that being said, we all understand that the production companies want to provide us with an experience that’s unforgettable. Like Pasquale Rotella spending 30 million on the production of EDC this last June (2013). He did what he had to do in order to provide the fans of EDC with an unbelievable experience and as far as we know, he succeeded greatly setting a new standard in America for festival production.
Along with many other festivals including Electric Zoo, EDC and more, Ultra Music Festival has now provided a payment plan to help the fans be able to afford the experience in 2014.
Here’s the basic information about the UMF 2014 payment plan:

At the end of the day, payment plans are provided to the fans who can’t regularly afford the full upfront ticket paying method. We can only hope as time goes on and festival ticket prices increase, that production companies will continue to provide us with that “30 million dollar” experience.
