British electronic music trio Nero are back. The legendary group debuted their newest single Satisfy as Zane Lowe’s ‘Hottest Record in the World’ on his BBC Radio One show Tuesday. We have been waiting what feels like ages for new Nero tunes, and the wait is over, with more seemingly to come. Lowe mentioned during the broadcast that the track is the first off of the group’s upcoming album.
The track follows a string of cryptic tweets from the group over the course of the last six months. The tweets began last November when the trio apologized for the lack of news and said that there would be announcements regarding a second album soon. Their first and latest album, Welcome Reality, was released in August of 2011.
The account, and all news concerning a new album, then went dark for several months. Until last week, when the group tweeted out the date ‘13.5.14’.

Nero didn’t disappoint, as they announced this morning that their first track off of their upcoming album would debut on BBC Radio One as Lowe’s ‘Hottest Record in the World’. A trend that follows other Nero hits like Guilt, Promises, and their remix with Skrillex of Holdin’ On by Monsta.
