It turns out that Mija has a few big things in store for Seattle this year. The Never B Alone 2018 tour schedule includes a stop at none other than Foundation Nightclub in Seattle, WA. Describing her musical style as fk a genre, Amber Giles (otherwise known as Mija) has cast a wide net since her debut in 2012.
Hailing from the Phoenix music scene in 2012, Mija had her breakthrough moment in 2014 at Bonnaroo Music Festival and Burning Man art car Kalliope.
Just days after her 22nd birthday, this artist went from booking Skrillex during her promoter years, to playing back to back with him. Having since released music on Owsla, Fool’s Gold, and her own label Never B Alone, Mija is truly building a musical empire.

On February 9th she self-released her newest E.P. on the Never B Alone label, How To Measure The Distance Between Lovers. Featuring seven amazing tracks, this collection of work leaves nothing to be desired – except to be kept on repeat! The dark melodies and groovy baselines remind us just how far her genre bending and blending really goes.

This talented artist has even started her own fashion line called Made By Mija. With her short stint studying fashion in her younger years, coupled with her ability to take the music scene by storm, she is setting herself up for long-term success.
Her looks follow all the latest trends in street wear fashion, and even a few unique items. It is no wonder she didn’t need a college degree to make her mark on the creative world. Amber seems to be a natural born artist with big plans to create a brand that is authentically her own.
