Never Say Die: Black Label has set the standard for dubstep releases this year, and are ready to deliver more this fall. Midnight Tyrannosaurus is the perfect artist to keep the filthy bass coming, and is releasing his first solo-work on the famed sister-label of Never Say Die later this month. Having a fantastic 2016 in his own right, the release of The Fossil EP on Monday Nov. 28th is another signal of the impending rise of the Florida-native.
Midnight Tyrannosaurus, also known as Jason Figlioli, released MIDNIGHT SNACKS VOL 2 earlier this year, and we’re not surprised the prolific producer has more in-store before the year is out. We got a taste of his particular brand of bass this summer, when he joined P0gman at Foundation Nightclub in July, and are always ready for more. The Northwest’s love of quality bass music is no secret, and Midnight Tyrannosaurus checks all the boxes. In a genre that is full of support, and scrutiny, Midnight Tyrannosaurus has found his niche.
Now, he’s hooking up with the legendary SKisM, founder of Never Say Die, and releasing a four-track EP on the hottest dubstep label in the industry. With releases from the likes of BadKlatt, Trampa, Megalodon, and more, Midnight Tyrannosaurus is in good company. The EP features two original, solo-tunes, a collaboration with Dr. Ozi, and a remix from one of the original tunes from fellow label-mate Krimer. We’ll gladly take the relatively small-helping of music from the busy artist, with our sights set on another big year from Midnight Tyrannosaurus in 2017.
He also recently released his set from EDC Orlando earlier this year. Full of original tunes, IDs, and more, it’s the perfect way to get hyped for The Fossil EP release next week.
