Taking place just outside of Downtown Montreal since 2003, Piknic Electronik features everyone ranging from the best underground to now the most well-known names in dance music to perform every Sunday throughout Spring and Summer. Past performers have included Carl Craig, Dubfire, Flosstradamus, Dirtyphonics, Krafty Kuts, Bassnectar and several others throughout the years. The 2014 season lineup will be released May 15th.
Instead of selling tickets in advance and online, tickets are strictly sold on-site only, on the day of the show. Tickets are $12 plus fees ($14 total). Although that’s a deal on it’s own, an even better deal is buying a season pass for $70 + fees (or $55+ fees if you are a student) to access any event, on any Sunday from May-September. Each show goes nearly all day Sunday (from 2 pm – 9 pm).
