Mat Zo Hints At New Record Label, Teases At Big Things To Come

Mat Zo is probably one of the most dynamic artists out there right now. He is never afraid of producing music that is out of his genre set. From tracks like “The Sky” and “Lucid Dreams” to “Rock the Funky Beat” and “Get Up 2 Get Down”, Mat has always impressed us with his eclectic stylings. Now, Mat has dropped another bomb. Over the weekend, Mat Zo tweeted that he will be starting his own record label.

Details are a little foggy right now, but after reaching out to management for comment, it was unofficially confirmed that Mat will remain a part of Anjunabeats for the foreseeable future, with the new label acting as a way of “being in the driving seat for A&R.”

…it has nothing to do with cutting ties… Mat will always be a part of the Anjunabeats family… this is a natural progression for an artist of his caliber

As of right now there has been no announcement to when he will release the full details, although if Twitter is to be believed we should have more details in a couple weeks. We at Dance Music Northwest wish Mat the best of luck in his new venture and can’t wait to see what kind of artists he will curate on the new label.
