The number one rumor concerning Marshmello’s identity is a production project that focused on dubstep and bass music. Thus it’s no surprise to mellogang worldwide that the masked superstar DJ/producer has teamed up with powerhouse SVDDEN DEATH for another bass release.
The two producers previously worked to release Sell Out in February of last year. 12 we later, we have part two, titled Crusade– currently available on all your music favorite platforms. Despite the fact Marshmello has been pumping out originals over the last year, this collab really feels like it had time to be perfected.
Immediately you can hear Svdden Death and Marshmello’s sound design in the intro. On both drops it feels like they worked together to create a dubstep song that is separate from the rest. The sound design and production is our final selling point. Crusade is pure ear candy.
This is all coming the same week that Marshmello went completely dark on Instagram; all of his Instagram posts were deleted! Mello would make his IG return to tease, then announce, a full length U.S. stadium tour. You can catch Marshmello’s Pacific Northwest return Saturday September 26th, in Seattle, and Portland, a day later.
