The world’s largest paint party is making it’s return to Vancouver this September with Life in Color – Kingdom. Earlier this week, Blueprint Events officially announced the lineup for the LIC Vancouver date, as well as a slight change in venue. This year, the stop will be held at the outdoor PNE Amphitheater; same as last year’s Mad Decent Block Party, as well as the upcoming Flume event. With the special outdoor event, we hope this can only mean one thing… LOTS of paint.
While we’ve had the opportunity to attend this year’s edition of Life in Color earlier at the Tacoma Dome, we’re excited to see what the outdoor setup has to offer. Similar to the Tacoma date, Knife Party will be taking the headlining slot with support for NGHTMRE, Tigerlily, Dr. Fresch, and Giuliano Rascan. We can promise you from experience the night will be one to remember.

Beyond the paint, however, is an incredible amount of production that goes into each and every Life in Color show. The custom built stage features a massive lion head surrounded by a full wall of LED panels. Joining the DJs on stage will also so plenty of dancers, performers and of course, paint canons. Tickets have already gone on sale, so we highly suggest grabbing yours before the event sells out. Be a sure to head over to the official event Facebook Page for more info on the dates.
