Meet L 33, the Bulgarian drum & bass producer that has been climbing the charts and has everyone turning their heads. A mysterious producer indeed, not much is known yet about him, but one thing is for sure, he knows his way around drum & bass music. With no other direction to go but up, L 33 has released two brand new tracks Detuned & Helvetica.
His first new track, Helvetica, has some minimalistic details to it, making its uniquely metallic bassline along with other components, sounds of their own. Can you picture d&b funk? No? Well you’ll have to listen to get the full low down on this track, but also keep a sharp ear out for all the FX strewn throughout this dance floor hit.
Now let’s talk Detuned. Dark d&b at it’s absolute finest, this track instills paranoia with its ominous build-up. Fusing some cinematic elements into the beginning of the track, L 33 delivers an absolutely mind-blowing drop.
