Unfortunately Avicii’s health woes continue to sideline him as we have just received news the Kygo will be taking Avicii’s slot on the TomorrowWorld mainstage next week. This will be great for Kygo as more people will get exposed to his music after what has already been a banner year for him. Tropical House is slowly gaining traction as a genre and a whole new group of fans will get the joy that comes with being exposed to it. We’re greatly looking forward to Kygo’s Seattle shows coming up and hope he enjoys the intimate setting of the Neptune after playing to such a massive crowd in Georgia.
As excited as we are to see Kygo moving into such a coveted spot at TomorrowWorld we are sad to see it happen at the expense of another artist. Say what you will about Avicii’s music, he is still a big force in the EDM world and we wish him all the best as he works on his recovery. Avicii, we hope you’re better soon buddy, we know you’ve got more to show us and we can’t wait to see it. For any of our readers lucky enough to be attending TomorrowWorld we wish you very safe travels and hope you enjoy this last minute addition to the lineup! From what we’ve already seen of the plans for TomorrowWorld 2014 you’re in for a treat.
