Krewella’s Human Gets LAZER’D

One of several dance music starlets of 2013, trio Krewella released their first full length album, Get Wet, in September of last year. The album featured some material Krewella fans were already familiar with, as well as some new tracks, such as Human. The track flexes the vocal muscles of Krewella and, like many of their tracks, is great material for remixes.

Human is no different as LAZER LAZER LAZER and Kruce have teamed up to create a remix that is anything but ‘human’. Beginning with a slow, building beat, the track lulls the listener into a false sense of security with the vocals taking center-stage. Then, as abruptly as a bite from a zombie, the track is taken over and a dark, robotic, bass-infused overlord is in control.

Although this is the only material on Kruce’s soundcloud, this isn’t the first quality remix produced by LAZER LAZER LAZER, with Adventure Club’s Gold, Borgore’s Wild Out, and Knife Party’s Sleaze all getting lazer’d. While taking on these varying styles, the LAZER LAZER LAZER touch added to each remix is easy to catch and even easier to enjoy. The content and quality of the original track is kept and showcased while not failing to add a different and unique feel as well.
