Part of the beauty of Kaskade’s last Redux tour was that each and every ticket was non-transferable. The ensuing result was a concerted effort to discourage scalping, making it so only fans were able to attend rather than a single person buying up multiple tickets to make a quick buck. This time around a similar mindset was encouraged. In spite of this though, it didn’t stop one ambitious Craigslist scalper from offering to sell his “face value” ticket to Kaskade’s Redux show in Boston for $200.
Kaskade, always determined to make sure his fans are cared for, took to the streets to confront the would-be scalper. Without giving away too much, let’s just say this is a good example of why he’s one of our favorite artists…
I got a good one…
