Although it may seem like light years away, it’s not too early to start thinking about what events you’ll be hitting up this upcoming festival season. Sasquatch! Festival is a Memorial Day Weekend tradition and the perfect way to kick off the summer. Dance music fans reunite at the Gorge Amphitheater every June for Paradiso, for two days of sun and PLUR. But for those looking for something different, the first annual Cascadia NW Arts & Music Festival should be a must on your to-do list this July 23-26. Presented by Starborne Shows, Cascadia will be hosted about an hour away from Seattle, in Granite Falls, WA.
Cascadia celebrates our beautiful Northwest culture, with three days of music, art, and camping. A rebranding from the former Photosynthesis Festival, it will undoubtedly possess a similar unique, and dare we say Burning Man, vibe. Judging from photos of last year’s Photosynthesis event, Cascacia will be not one to miss for anyone seeking an otherworldly festival experience. Tickets go on sale in April.
