Seattle’s Instant Party! Becomes Instant Diplo Favorite

Don’t be shocked if Diplo drops some local beats at Lucky next month. Seattle trap producer Instant Party! has been steadily rising into focus after his remixes and originals keep getting better and better. And now, less than 2 weeks after we became Instant Party! fans, looks like Diplo wants in on the party, too. After thousands of submissions from all over the world, Diplo And Friends show on BBC RAdio 1 Xtra featured not one, but TWO of Instant Party!’s productions, including his Martin Garrix Animals remix and his Discopolis Falling remix.

We caught wave of Instant Party! a couple weeks back, digging through the mass of music on Soundcloud and taking a chance on his Cashmere Cat remix. We were seriously impressed, and also surprised that we’ve never heard of Instant Party! because he’s based out of Seattle. Instantly, (pun intended) we shared his remix of Cashmere Cat’s Party Girls, but didn’t stop there. What’s funny is that normally we feature one track per artist. But in this instance, just like Diplo, we couldn’t decide – and had to go with two. Our other favorite was his original mix, Motion, so as to not withhold good music from you, we featured Motion on our Soundcloud as well. And we are very glad we did.

It’s so great to see our very own Northwest artists get the worldwide attention they deserve. And in this case, we are all sharing in the shock together, as most of Seattle is still unfamiliar with Instant Party!. No need to fear, we are in the works and soon will be bringing you all that you need to know and more (along with a very special treat!).
