2018 has been an incredible year for Denver-based DJ and producer Nicholas D. Miller, known professionally as Illenium. From headlining countless festivals, to releasing hit after hit, it seems like this 27-year-old musician is limitless.
After teasing the unreleased tune at Nocturnal Wonderland and on his Awake 2.0 Tour, he has finally gifted fans with the incredible new track, titled God Damnit featuring American hip-hop artist Call Me Karizma. In this new song, Illenium switched up his signature emotional bass sound and took his first attempt at EDM rap.
He took a subtle approach with an emotional touch while he incorporated rap into the track, still keeping his signature melodic elements. We think that this track is the perfect mix of EDM and rap, where we get to enjoy the best of both genres without having to sacrifice one more of the other.

Illenium just posted a Tweet in response to the release and to his fans, dubbed the Illenials, for their overwhelming support. He thanked his fans for letting him experiment with new styles. The post features a short clip of his tour journey and the newly released song playing in the background.
God Damnit ft. @callmekarizma is OUT NOW ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you guys for letting me experiment with new styles 🙂
