It’s been a long time coming but legendary producer Willem Rebergen, publicly known as Headhunterz, is finally making his debut in Portland, OR. Although excitement is lingering over the March 20th date, so is the question “What will he be playing?” After announcing his retirement from the Hardstyle genre, supporters and non supporters alike are wondering which direction Headhunterz will be going next.
Since 2006, Headhunterz has released three studio albums, played festival stages across the globe and collaborated with famous names such as Wildstylez and Noisecontrollers. But I think most would agree that his biggest accomplishment yet is reaching 11th place on DJ Mag Top 100 list in 2013. It’s no wonder he’s such a hot commodity these days.
Whether you are a die-hard Hardstyle fan or just a lover of all things EDM, it’s safe to say that there is no better place to be than the Roseland Theater come March 20th. This will not be a show to miss, and who knows, you might get the first glimpse of Headhunterz new work?
