HAL-V & Spacecase, made up of Jacob Halverson and Sean Marler, are Portland, OR natives that have been taking our local dance music scene by storm. Since teaming up in 2011, HAL-V & Spacecase have done nothing but grow in their musical talents, creating and remixing moombahton and trap styles beats that keep you dancing all night. With opening perfromances for major names like Seven Lions, Carnage, and Skism under their belts, where else is there to go but up?
Monday afternoon the local PDX duo released their latest remix of the ever popular track Hero by Pegboard Nerds, which is up for free download on their Soundcloud. The song still strongly showcases the beautiful vocals from Elizaveta, but instead of going into the fast paced, hardstyle-esque drop, the track is remixed into a slower and sexier moombah vibe that Jacob and Sean’s music is so well known for. Listen to the brand new remix here and be sure to check out HAL-V & Spacecase on Facebook for more remixes, original tracks, and upcoming events.
