Typically, our days as ravers in the Northwest scene run on a calendar that has us counting down the days between major events. Now we have a new player coming to down in the form of HARD, introducing a killer lineup that had us all stunned the day it debuted. Some are Northwest favorites we’ve seen on a number of occasions, while others still are brand new to our fair city.
Eight artists in total grace the bill for the April 25th party at the Tacoma Dome, with each giving us a reason to be excited. So who are they? It’s a group that spans genres across the board, making for a night that’s sure to be defined by its complete and utter diversity. To get you ready to go HARD, we’re here to run down the reasons each artist blowing through town will have something intriguing to offer.

If there’s one artist at Go HARD Seattle that embodies the diverse spirit of this lineup, it’s probably the Sydney-born Wax Motif. He’s one of the key movers and shakers behind the G-House movement, effortlessly combining the harder elements of hip-hop with the deeper aspects of classic house music. He may find himself in the bottom row of the bill, but don’t let that convince you that his performance won’t more than be worth arriving early for. Check his set from Holy Ship! below and get familiar — education is half the battle, and odds are it’ll only take one listen before you’re sold on this talented Aussie.
[divider]Anna Lunoe[/divider]
We haven’t had to wait long to see Anna Lunoe again, having just caught her at Foundation Nightclub as part of Destructo’s Ship2Ship tour, and at the Neptune opening for Kygo before that. We’re no strangers to her housey vibes up her in the Northwest, and she’s quickly made herself into one of our favorite talents in the game right now. Now we’ll get a chance to see her infectious energy and skills on the decks take over once again, this time in a large-scale event setting.
[divider]JAUZ[/divider]
In a very short time, this LA native has become one of bass music’s fastest rising stars. He lives by a no-boundaries credo that takes an audience through everything from trap to the heaviest, crunchiest dubstep he has to offer. Already this year we’ve seen him hit the tour circuit hard, having had him blow through town as part of Borgore’s last tour at the Showbox in February. For anyone who missed out, soon you’ll have a chance to find out just why JAUZ has found himself in high demand across the country.

When last we saw the HARDfather, he was throwing down in front of a raucous sold-out crowd at Foundation Nightclub, having just acquired his own customized Seahawks jersey. His triumphant return alongside fellow Ship2Ship headliner Anna Lunoe will have us all yearning for the sexy brand of house music that’s made him an icon in our scene. The Shipfam will be out in full force at Go HARD, but there’s still plenty more to look forward to! Tune in next Monday to learn about the rest of the lineup, enter our giveaway over in this direction, and grab your tickets over here.
