Kill The Noise and Botnek have teamed up again, releasing their ‘Majestic Mix’ via Soundcloud, which aired live on Sirius XM’s ‘Electric Area’ earlier this week. The mix comes as Kill The Noise headlines the ‘Majestic As Fak’ tour alongside Ape Drums, Botnek, Milo & Otis, and Two Fresh, The lineups of the acts will vary throughout the tour. Currently, Kill The Noise, also known as Jake Stanczak, is deep into touring, with 17 stops remaining on the 44-city North American tour.
The tour, which started on the last day of September, just continues the theme of “busy year” for Kill The Noise. Despite this, he has found a way to fit the Northwest in his schedule throughout 2014. He performed at Lucky 2014 last March and several times in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho throughout April. After teaming up with Mat Zo for the ‘Kill The Zo’ tour and performing at festivals across the world throughout the summer, Kill The Noise returned this fall in majestic fashion.
The Northwest got a triple-dose of Majestic-goodness with shows in Seattle, Spokane, and Boise, with a few stops slightly north of the border in Victoria and Vancouver as well. Kill The Noise is a consistent Northwest favorite. Canadian duo Botnek have proven their love for the Northwest, performing in seven cities with the ‘FreakNight Travelling Circus’ tour this fall. They were also slated to perform on the cancelled second day of FreakNight 2014.
If you’re bummed that you couldn’t make it to the ‘Majestic As Fak’ tour stops or missed out on the ‘FreakNight Travelling Circus’ because you were planning to catch Botnek at FreakNight 2014, here’s a way to make it all better. Well, for an hour or so at least. Zomboy, Skrillex, and even South Park’s Mr. Slave make an appearance in a set that have us all envious indeed.
