After a triumphant performance at Coachella these past two weekends, Gesaffelstein announced a US tour. Both his Coachella set and the tour are in celebration of his long-awaited sophomore album Hyperion. The tour runs throughout November, but completely skips the Pacific Northwest. If you’re hoping to see him live, you’ll have to make the trek down to California.
Gesaffelstein will be bringing the Vantablack VBx2 stage he unveiled at Coachella. The stage uses the world’s darkest substance, vantablack, to emulate a black hole onstage. Instead of focusing on enthralling visuals, this stage will have you questioning if there’s even anything behind him.
If you’re hoping to check out the Hyperion tour, you can find full tour dates below. Luckily, he has three full dates in California, depending on how far you’re willing to travel – one each in San Francisco (11/7). Los Angeles (11/8), and San Diego (11/10).
