FTampa shines again releasing a new bootleg of Avicii’s “Hey Brother”. What was once a country styled original, has been transformed into a more intense club track for any DJ to throw down mid set. At age thirteen, he figured out that what he wanted to do in life was music. Felipe Tampa, now known as FTampa, started playing keyboard and electric guitar at an early age. A few years later, electronic music came into his life and the success was instantaneous. In less than six months, he had already produced his first EP and was awarded the Best Remix in Duo Dada Life Contest. Three years later, the DJ and Producer have accumulated hits, international shows and worldwide acclaim.
In 2013, his work suffered a transformation and reached more audience and visibility not only in the music scene, but it was also seen by big names such as Sander Van Doorn, Chuckie, Thomas Gold, Knife Party and Hardwel. His hit ¨Kick It Hard¨ was a big success in several places. It was even played at Tomorrowland by none other than Hardwel. On top of that, being part of the setlist of DJ Dyro, Clockwork, Sander Van Doorn, Danny Avila, Chuckie, Henrix, and others.
A meteoric rise: this is what best defines his career. FTampa has toured in the United States, through several cities and huge festivals, including the Burning Man 2013. And it doesn’t stop there, the producer has not only gained recognition in the world of music. His tracks have even been used in international commercials and games for PS3/Xbox.
