FreakNight 2015 marks the 19th time the Northwest will celebrate Halloween with our favorite fall festival. Over the years, the festival has grown to one of the biggest in our region, drawing artists and attendees from around the world. This year may be the biggest yet, featuring dance music icon deadmau5, and the creators of the best album of the year, NERO.
Leading up to our trip to the Tacoma Dome, which has hosted shows for Above & Beyond, HARD Summer, and Life In Color this year, we’re taking a look at a few lineups from FreakNight’s past. There’s been an impressively eclectic collection of artists to perform at FreakNight over the years, so we decided to see what some of them have been up to since they made their way to the Northwest’s freakiest festival.
Make sure you don’t miss out on this year’s festivities, and get your tickets and hotels sorted out ASAP. While you’re doing that, you can get familiar with each and every artist performing at FreakNight 2015 with our in-depth artist guide! We even created a comprehensive checklist of items to make sure you have everything you need in-tow for FreakNight this fall.
We’re kicking off our series with one of the best lineups in FreakNight history: FreakNight XII in 2008. Taking place at the WaMu Theater on Halloween night, the two-stage, one-night event featured Paul Van Dyk, Moby, Andy C, The Crystal Method, and more.
