Pretend You’re At Burning Man (Black Rock Desert Wilderness, Nevada)

The Burning Man gathering is a one of a kind “festival”. People from around the world meet up at the barren Black Rock Wilderness desert and co-create a temporary city complete with massive art fixtures, music, food, sex and more. Stories about what goes on inside can be described as wild as attendees revel for one week each Summer.
Once all the action ends, Black Rock returns to its hollowed state. If you haven’t been to Burning Man, you can freely explore the grounds if your route takes you to the upper northwest corner of Nevada. The area is also used by vehicle manufacturers for speed tests. If you’ve ever wanted to see how fast your car can go, and not get pulled over by police, this is the place to do it. Burning Man will be held August 27 – September 4 this year, with tickets currently sold out.
