In less than three weeks, some of the best in trance today will descend upon Seattle for Bliss: Transcendence. Last year’s debut Bliss event, The Awakening, saw amazing sets from legends like John O’Callaghan, Giuseppe Ottaviani and Paul Oakenfold. Not bad for a first outing. This year, USC Events ups the ante with a jaw-dropping lineup, which includes a highly anticipated back-to-back set from Andrew Bayer and Ilan Bluestone, as well as the Seattle return of the Unicorn Slayer himself, Markus Schulz. As the countdown to Transcendence begins, Sneijder, who also features on the lineup, made a little something to get you energized. Take a listen!

Hailing from Northern Ireland, Sneijder has been one of trance’s fast risers in recent years. He has releases on some of the biggest labels in the genre and collaborations with the aforementioned Ottaviani, Christina Novelli, Aly & Fila and fellow Irishman Bryan Kearney (who will also be performing at Bliss), to name a few. His sound is more progressive, but, recently, he’s added some elements of psy to his arsenal- a common trend in today’s resurgent trance scene. His sets are fast, hard-hitting, and often dark; this guest mix providing a little sample of what’s to come next month.
There are plenty of tickets available for Bliss online or at the box office. Which artists are you looking forward to seeing? What songs are you dying to hear live? Let us know in the comments below!
