Living the northwest, we are very lucky to have a variety of great artists traveling throughout the region. With all of the places to host shows and artists in our area, we have plenty of music events to choose from, but, what happens when there are too many awesome artists in one day? Conflicts. Choices. This is when problems could arise. On October 8th, great artists and stacked lineups will be playing all over the northwest. How will we choose which artist or show to see?

Seven Lions @ WaMu Theater

The recent Seattle native will be making WaMu his second pit stop on The Journey Tour. We have been awaiting anxiously for a tour to the northwest region since his appearance at Lucky in 2015, and now USC will be hosting him at one of our favorite venues.

With the release of his new EP Creations, we are sure to hear a few of those tracks throughout the night.

As we can expect, Seven Lions will bring us a spellbinding sound that keeps us mesmerized from beginning to end. The uplifting melodies and immense baseline, along with his captivating and illuminating sound will make this set a hard one to miss.

Mat Zo is also bringing out all the stops with a special drum & bass set, plus other supporting artists Henry Fong, Grum, and Said the Sky will surely make this tour a night to remember.

The show starts at 6 PM and is 18 + entry. You can get tickets here for $48.50 after taxes and fees.

If you are unable to catch his show at WaMu, the first stop of the tour in Vancouver will be at the Commodore on October 6th.

Boys Noize @ Q NightClub

One of the other shows we’ll have to decide amongst, Boys Noize will be bringing his unique style to Seattle. Q Nightclub is teaming up with STG to host Boys Noize for his 4th stop on the North American Fall Tour.

If you missed his Pagoda set at Shambhala, or have yet to see him, we highly recommend you check him out. Plus, with the release of his new album Mayday, we are can only anticipate the night of great music ahead. Boys Noize mix of heavy techno and acid house will make for a bumpin’ evening at Q.

The show starts at 10 PM and is 21 + entry. You can get Tier II tickets here for $28.93 after taxes.

If you are unable to catch his show at Q, Boys Noize will be performing at Celebrities on October 7th for the Blueprint Anniversary weekend celebration.
