September 8-9
Probably the only festival in the world where you’ll find Armin van Buuren and The Weeknd sharing the same stage, Lollapalooza returns to the Olympiastadion (and nearby Olympiapark) in Berlin, Germany for its fourth consecutive year as summer festival season comes to a close.
One of the world’s premier multi-genre music festivals, electronic dance music collides with pop, hip-hop, rock, and other genres in true Lolla fashion. Joining The Godfather of Trance Music, and the Starboy himself, in Berlin are Kraftwerk 3D, Kygo, David Guetta, Alison Wonderland, San Holo, Nervo, and many more!

On top of a stacked lineup are other cool happenings; a fun fair and a wine garden will feature performances from local and international artists who “will present you with a soundtrack more than fitting with Berlin’s special late-summer ambiance.”
Even children can get in on the fun at Kidzapalooza, where they can dance, do arts and crafts, and more- all while being supervised by a trained, on-site team. There’s probably something in there for that inner kid inside of you as well! In an age where big music festivals have strict entry requirements, Lolla Berlin is something for people of all ages to enjoy!
Two-day passes are available, starting at €129 Euros, or roughly $160 USD. After the festival, discover Berlin’s rich techno scene at one of its many clubs. Detroit is the birthplace of the genre, sure, but Berlin might be the techno capital of the world now.
If you could go to any European music festival this summer, which would you choose?
