Electric Forest will celebrate its upcoming 10th-anniversary this coming June when the magical weekend festival returns to the forests of Rothbury, MI on June 25th-28th, 2020. Today, event organizers shared the lineup for the 2020 event, which will feature performances from The String Cheese Incident, Bassnectar, Flume, Major Lazer, The Disco Biscuits, and more.
Many of the artists in the upper half of this bill are extremely familiar faces to JJ Ranch who always provide incredibly memorable sets, however there is a ton of amazing talent in the small print that we are excited to see as newcomers to the Forest Fam. It honestly takes a second to pick apart this lineup with so many artists (especially with it’s diversity this year), but this is one we’re certainly going to dive into and see.
The 2020 festival, which will without a doubt be another sold-out weekend of music blending the best of electronic and jam bands, and will also offer up performances from 12th Planet, Big Boi, Big Wild, The Black Madonna, Boys Noize, CloZee, Duke Dumont, Femi Kuti & The Positive Force, G Jones, The Glitch Mob, Gryffin, Keller Williams’ Grateful Grass, Lindsey Stirling (definitely unique and exciting addition), Lotus, Moon Boots (Live, bring on the house music), Petit Biscuit, Princess Nokia, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Subtronics, Tchami, YBN Cordae and Zomboy.
The Forest Family also will be treated to a performance by Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew of Talking Heads who will be joined by Turkuaz for a performance of Remain in Light in honor of the album’s 40th birthday.
Festival tickets and lodging packages go on sale this Friday, December 6th with Loyalty On Sales starting tomorrow (Wednesday) December 4th.
General admission and camping will start at $374.75 while Good Life camping starts at $775 and VIP camping and cabins start at $1,649.
Expect even more announcements in the coming months as Electric Forest continues to add artists, announce stage takeovers, and release more programming for the upcoming edition, there are definitely more surprises to come.
