Dusky fans will rejoice with the following announcement: The British duo will be releasing their Love Taking Over EP on July 14th via their newly created label, 17 Steps. Known for their distinct jackin’ house and UK garage vibe, Dusky always moves us with their fresh approach on the deep tech house scene. We still can’t get enough of their Dirtybird rework on Justin Martin’s Don’t Go and their Careless EP is still making it’s rounds in nightclubs around the world. We’re in love with the Love Taking Over titled track, which is already streamable via Dusky’s Soundcloud page and fulfills exponential promise for the rest of the EP to follow.
Now hold tight to your knickers because there’s more goodies in this bag. While we wait for the Love Taking Over EP to be fully released this July, we’re sure Dusky will give us a taste this Thursday at Q Nightclub. Be sure to get tickets from our friends at Decibel Festival before they sell out. We can expect to hear Dusky’s forthcoming EP exemplified as they embark on a massive world tour. Entitled The Next Step, the tour includes 30+ show dates at world class venues across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America. Dusky will be playing 4 hour extended sets throughout the tour, so be sure to look out when The Next Step pre-sale tickets when they become available on July 16th.
