Future Sounds Of Egypt (FSOE), a radio show hosted by Aly & Fila, aired its 400th episode earlier this year with a massive live show in San Jose California. The event was attended so well by the Northwest Trance Families, that FSOE management approached Rafael Vertido of the Seattle Trance Family to see if the Northwest would be a good place for FSOE 450. Aly & Fila’s manager will start looking at the social media presence for all the campaigns across the globe and decide who will move on to phase 2. Details on phase 2 have not yet been released.
Campaign pages have been set up on social media to attract trance fans from all over the Pacific Northwest. The campaign is being managed jointly by representatives of the Vancouver Trance Family (Bianca Tyler), Portland Trance Family, (Star Passmore), and the Seattle Trance Family (Rafael Vertido). So far the campaign has garnered more than 400 likes on Facebook, and 350 follows on Instagram. In order to advance to phase 2, there needs to be more than 1,000 likes/follows for each.
“I think all three [Trance Families] participating in the campaign have developed the foundation for trance, and with a region-wide FSOE 450 takeover we can bring back the love for trance like it was the 90s or mid 2000s again.” – Rafael Vertido, Seattle Trance Family

How cool would it be to have one of these amazing annual shows in our own back yard? Just remember how exciting it was to even consider ABGT 150 being somewhere in the region. And this time we have some influence as to where it’s going to be held. Imagine what a mark on the Northwest it would make if we all banded together to make sure this show happened here. Do your part, and join the social groups to make your voices heard!
Important things happen in Pacific Northwest nightlife, and DMNW will send you alerts!
