FreakNight (October 31 & November 1)
FreakNight, now in its 18th year, is one of the one of the biggest electronic music extravaganzas of the entire year here in the PNW: two nights of multiple stages of music and a myriad of entertainment. There will be thousands of excited people at Wamu Theater in costumes, ready to dance and experience the menagerie that is FreakNight. Check out our Artist Guide for details on the artists you’ll find there. There are carnival rides and sideshows including stilt-walkers, contortionists, and aerialists. Only 2-day tickets are available, at a steep price of $209 (+ taxes and fees). At over $100/night, it’s not the cheapest Halloween entertainment around, but we think it’s by far the most immersive musical experience you will find within a thousand miles. If you don’t have the cash and still would like to find a way to go, try entering our ticket giveaway to win tickets. (18+)
Seduction (October 25)
Seduction, first hosted in 2011, is accurately described as a wicked night of music and erotic art. The Foundation for Sex Positive Culture and Seattle Erotic Art Festival invite you to see and be seen at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall during this alluring night of amazing music and dancing, enticing performances, a lavish erotic art showcase, sultry interactive installations, and of course, lots of delicious eye-candy. DJs include Seattle mainstays Ramiro, DJ Trinitron and DJ Crow Stalford. You’ll hear sexy deep house and well-measured driving beats at this party. General admission tickets are $30 each. (21+)
Risque (October 31)
Risque is a new Halloween event for Seattle which will be hosted at the Showbox at the Market. The event expects over 1,000 guests, who will be partying to top-40 hits (which will definitely include some EDM, since it’s so popular at the moment!). The headlining DJ is Mack-Long. There will be a costume contest, the Eye Candy GoGo Girls, psychics and palm readers, and much more. Tickets start at $29. (21+)
