The release of Excision’s Shambhala mix has become something of a yearly celebration for bassheads. Thanks to Dirtyphonics though, we might have a brand new tradition. Shambhala Music Festival up in British Columbia is traditionally a haven for some of the world’s best bass music. This year’s performers featured the likes of SKisM, Foreign Beggars, Datsik, Downlink, Paper Diamond, and UZ, making for an all-star lineup of dubstep, trap, and D&B.
Dirtyphonics was of course a part of the action as well, bringing their unique brand of rock-infused bass to the masses. In tandem with their newly announced tour schedule with Excisions and ill.Gates, they’ve given us almost 90 minutes of their earth-shaking Shambhala set to tide us over until they pass through Seattle in January. Check it out below, and be sure to catch their tour when they descend upon the Northwest once again.
